Supplies for the CFA Ambassador Program
?Ask Me! Button - A 3" button will be sent to all new ambassadors. It can be worn as pin or attached to a personal lanyard. Be prepared to answer questions from spectators when wearing the button. If you are busy grooming, or otherwise occupied, and unable to answer questions for a short period of time, consider removing the button for that time period.
Cage Topper - New ambassadors will also receive a cage topper. This 8-1/2" x 11" sheet can be folded in half an will sit on the top of your show cage. Be prepared to answer questions from spectators when the cage topper is visible. If you are busy grooming, or otherwise occupied, and unable to answer questions for a short period of time, simply turn down the cage topper for that time period.
Ambassador Handbook - The chapters in this handbook address questions and issues which are relevant to cat owners and cat show spectators. Use the information in the handbook as a guideline for answering common questions from spectators. While there is not a "one size fits all" answer for every question, it is especially important to answer spectator questions with care.
Show Poster - An 11"x17" with easel back is shipped by Central Office to the Show Secretary. Place this poster on your front "gate" table to advise spectators of the Ambassador program and letting them know that a person wearing a button is willing and able to answer any of their questions about the show.
